Overview
KRCC installs torch-applied bitumen membranes — a bituminous waterproofing membrane installed with a propane torch that heats and melts its underside, bonding it to the roof substrate to create a durable, waterproof roofing system.
The membrane is typically a base material such as fibreglass or polyester coated with bitumen, sometimes reinforced with additional layers for strength.
